Insurance premiums climb every year. Costs in 2026 are climbing to historic highs. Deductibles swallow paychecks. Prescription drugs cost more here than anywhere else in the world. And even with insurance, a single emergency room visit can financially sink a family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We were raised to believe the healthcare system existed as a safety net \u2014 a place you could rely on in a crisis. Mentidas! Lies!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Today, that net has holes large enough for entire families to fall through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">So what do we do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">How do we survive a system that treats sickness like a business model and wellness like an afterthought? Doctors are not taught cures and wellness. These are foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Western medicine is powerful for trauma, surgery, emergencies, and acute care \u2014 and we are grateful for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">But for daily health, for chronic inflammation, for energy, for gut health, for immunity, for longevity \u2014 the body responds best to nature, not chemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We don\u2019t have to choose one or the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We can choose balance.
